Each King Controller is handcrafted and Made in Germany. Our prime models or classic editions are pre-produced and therefore cheaper than the self-configured controllers.

Your individually configured controller will be manufactured with the utmost care according to your wishes and then extensively tested.

Our delivery time depends on the complexity of your order, you can find exact delivery times in the product description. If you configure your King Controller yourself, please consider that it is assembled and designed by hand. When we have assembled your custom controller, it will be tested before leaving our production facility. Therefore, the delivery time of your Custom King Controller usually takes longer, you can find more details directly in the configurator .

If your King Controller shows a defect after a short time, you don't need to panic. Simply fill out the " Controller Repair Request " and you'll receive an email with all the information you need.

If your swap sticks show signs of wear or even crack after extensive gaming, you can easily order new ones in our shop . We have a variety of colors, sizes and shapes available.

You shorten the production time of your configured controller, so your Custom King Controller is at your home even faster.

Connect the controller to the PS4 or PS5 using a USB cable. Then wait a moment and only then press the home button on your PS4 or PS5 controller for 10 seconds . COMPLETE!
