In 10 steps to your unique controller

How is your controller actually made? What are the steps behind it? Why is delivery not possible in 2–3 days?

In order to clarify all these questions, we have created a production overview of a controller for you.

Of course, not every controller is the same, but to give you an insight, we cordially invite you to read through our production process.

Step 1

Foiling:

Does your upper case have a foil design?

The right water transfer printing foil is selected, your case is prepared

and the foil is applied with water transfer printing. We combine the same designs to save time. Your case must then dry for at least 36 hours so that the film cannot peel off.

Paintwork:

Does your upper case have a paint design?

The right paint is selected, your case is prepared and painted together with many of the same cases. Our painter does not have to laboriously clean the spray gun after each case and can save a lot of time. The drying time is then approx. 12 hours.
